Deepthi Bathina has worked extensively in the High-Tech industry in various roles including strategy, marketing, product management, operations and engineering. She is a reputable Business Consultant and regularly consults for Jack Welch  (ex-CEO of GE) and Suzy Welch. Deepthi also co-founded Vega IT Systems – a global database services company. Deepthi currently works as the Senior Director of Strategy and Product Marketing for a key business unit at ADP and is on the Board of Directors for BPMA.  Deepthi holds the role of Director of  BPMA Executive Concil, where she built an executive organization from scratch.  BPMA Executive Council brings together product management and marketing executives from the New England area to sound board key topics to product managers and to provide mentorship to marketing/product management professionals in the area.

Deepthi held various senior management and engineering roles at Akamai, Verisign, Level3 Communications and Rational Software (now IBM). Deepthi was recognized by Boston Business Journal with the MBA All Star Award for overall professional excellence. Deepthi holds an MBA in Global Strategy from Babson College, F.W. Olin School of Business and a Masters in Computer Science from WPI.
